ZEN32 Frequently Asked Questions
Great products, great prices, and great customer service. These people deserve your business.
I bought one Zen32 to see if I would like it. I set the Zen32 up with a Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave stick, Home Assistant using ZwaveJS and Node Red. I setup the Zen32 to control all my lights in my open living room/kitchen. This switch is perfect, so much control using the buttons to turn light on and off or activate a scene, I use the long press on the main switch to activate a scene that turns all the lights off. Some of my lights are smart bulbs and I use the double tap and triple tap to change the bulb from soft to warm to bright. I bought another Zen32 to control my backyard lights and Sonos Speakers. Big button turns on the patio lights, long press dims the lights and double tap turns on the Cafe Lights on my fence. Long Press any of the smaller buttons starts a music playlist or station. Tap the correct button and Sonos will Pause/Play, Next, Vol Up or Vol Down. (See Picture) These switches are great!
I bought this with the intent to default a light to always on after a power failure, and its scene buttons to mimick the UX of the now defunct nest secure's open door indicator and announcer, 3 other buttons were programmed to function as family reminders that we can push to tick when completed. the little blue light lights up when any of our doors are open
