Replacement Color Paddles for Zooz 700 and 800 Series Dimmers (ZEN72, ZEN77)

I’m not sure the difference between the paddle that comes with my Zen 72 and this paddle but once inserted, the switch would lose power. I tried removing it, reinserting it and it did the same thing. Reinserted the original and it worked fine. I tried to compare the two and there is a one revision difference stamped on the Zen 72 and this replacement (Zen 72 was incremented by one version). That said, they looked identical but I didn’t get out my micrometer to see what the difference was. I ended up taking the paddle piece itself from the assembly and replacing just that bit on my Zen 72 and that worked fine.

Simply could not have been easier. The original was received broken and customer service shipped another straight away. Very simple to snap the new one in place. Did not even need to take off the cover plate.

I was looking for light almond Zen72 switches. Only part of my desired amount was available in that color, so I purchased the remaining switches in white while buying the corresponding light almond paddles. The paddles were reasonably priced and extremely easy to replace. Another plus for zooZ!!

Glad I could find these, saved my dimmer!
