We may have this product available in open box, refurbished, or used condition - just check the variant buttons under the product price for availability. All of our recycled inventory has been tested for both manual and Z-Wave control and is fully functional at the time of shipment. Here is what you can expect when ordering your device:
This product is available in different Z-Wave frequencies so please make sure you choose the correct region before checking out. You need to select the same frequency/region as your end devices when buying Z-Wave controllers to include products in your system without issues. If you're not sure which frequency your devices use, please contact the manufacturers first. Here is what each option stands for:

Before installing, make sure your fixture uses a 0-10 V dimming driver which doesn't exceed 4 Amps. Check your wiring first to confirm that you have all the following wires present in your electrical box: both 0-10 V driver connections, power, neutral, and load connection to power the LED driver, as well as a connection to a wall switch.
If you are not comfortable identifying the wiring and following the instructions, please hire a licensed electrician.
Here are some helpful wiring tips:
How to include the 0-10 V Dimmer to your smart home network?
1. Put your Z-Wave controller in inclusion/pairing mode (or scan the QR code on the ZEN54 if your hub supports SmartStart)
2. Click the Z-Wave button on the relay 3 times quickly to finalize the inclusion process
3. A new dimmer switch should appear on your hub's device list
Wanted to add light to kitchen without a bunch of wiring. Zen54 plus some zooz remote switches paired with HLBQL4069FSE010-6PK solved the issue. No flicker . Just make sure your device is controlled by 0-10v verses phase clipped 110VAC
This is an excellent 0-10V dimmer, and I’ve found it to be much better than others I’ve tried for smart home setups. Unlike many alternatives, the Zooz dimmer includes a built-in relay, allowing you to cut power to the light in addition to dimming it. This feature is essential because some 0-10V lights don’t fully turn off at their lowest dimming setting, requiring a separate relay or smart switch to completely cut power. With this dimmer, you can fully dim the light and power it off as needed, all in one device, with adjustable options to suit your setup.
Another feature I appreciate is that it doesn’t require 110V AC to control the dimming. The switch wire uses the DC ground, allowing control via low-voltage DC wiring, which eliminates the need to meet strict codes for high AC voltage. This makes it especially versatile and simplifies the installation of the manual control switch. You just need a single button, wired between the switch wire and the gnd wire, to dim and turn the attached light on and off manually.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the inclusion of two wires for the switch, allowing compatibility with dimmers that have separate buttons for dim up and dim down. However, thanks to the robust Z-Wave functionality, this is less of an issue than I initially expected. The single-button control works well, and Z-Wave logic makes it easy to dim and control lights remotely. For instance, you can use multiple of these 0-10v switches controlled via zwave by a Zooz smart dimmer, to manage and sync lighting seamlessly.
Overall, I haven’t found any Z-Wave, zigbee, or Wi-Fi 0-10V dimmer I prefer over this one, and wish I had tried this one first. The flexibility it offers for 0-10V lighting systems, combined with its low-voltage dimmer switch wiring, thoughtful design, and robust Z-Wave options, makes it an excellent choice for both residential and commercial applications. Highly recommended!
Using two of these to control outdoor wall packs. They are able to override the built in brightness selectors (unlike a competing wifi product from a European competitor). These cut the power after dimming to off.
So far I’m satisfied.
Arrived on time and product worked well, will be purchasing again.
Im using that dimmer with LED high wattage driver (300W) for landscape LED lights (dimmable). Works really great
