Just get one...

After having a braided, stainless-steel hose blow in the middle of the night and within minutes flood the bathroom and dining room below, I had to do something. I found this kit. I had previously installed/used one at our old house and is one of the first purchases for the new house. They're easy to install once you realize the turning knob is spring loaded. ;-) and work well with the other Z-Wave water sensors.

Peace of mind

It was so easy to set up and I love knowing that my water will turn off automatically when any of my leak sensors detects leak. It gives me a lot of peace of mind.
