Check your wiring first to confirm that you have all the following wires present in your gang box: load (most often black), line (most often black), neutral (most often white), and ground (most often green).
If you are not comfortable identifying the wiring and following the instructions, please hire a licensed electrician.
Here are some helpful wiring tips:
How to include the Zooz On / Off switch to your smart home network?
1. Bring your Z-Wave gateway hub or controller as close to the switch as possible
2. Put your Z-Wave controller in inclusion/pairing mode
3. Tap the upper paddle of the switch 3 times quickly to finalize the inclusion process
4. A new on/off switch should appear on your controller's device list
NOTE: Use a dedicated diagram from the manual to wire the switch in a 3-way setting with a regular electrical switch if you are looking to control one light with 2 or 3 switches.
Just started getting into Z-wave switches and honestly, these have been great to install. The best thing about Zooz so far as been their free wiring service. Just snap a couple of pic of the inside of your box and connections to switches and they get back to you with your photos marked up and ready to wire. This has been a god send with my old wiring where it doesn't make 100% sense to me. Definitely will continue to expand my Zooz collection
Replaced a GE switch which failed after a power outage. Easy install, found by Smartthings immediately. Zooz drivers provid more options than the stock Smartthings drivers
Have Zen71 and Zen72 installed throughout the house. Solid feeling hardware and very reliable on my Aeotec Smartthings hub. Happy with ZAC99 for 3 and 4 way control.
Does exactly what you'd expect a switch to do. Turns on, turns off. Easy to set up with Home Assistant via Z-Wave JS. Lots of settings. I had to mount the switch upside down, and there's a very handy setting for that!
Following other reviews, I bought several Zooz switches primarily the zen71 and zen 76. No problems replacing dumb switches and activating these in my Hubitat.
